ASIAN STYLE, TENDERLOIN OF PORK

This is a traditional, Japanese-style comfort food called tontaksu. It consists of lightly seasoned & fried tenderloin of pork cut into small pieces, accented with “tonkatsu sauce” - ground pork, miso, sesame seeds, ginger & garlic. Sautéed bok choy stalks & snow peas Soba noodles

SALMON 'SAN SEBASTIAN' WITH STEAMED LITTLENECK CLAMS

Seared & roasted salmon served in a delicious Latin style broth of tomatoes, onions, sweet peppers, garlic & a touch of cayenne with steamed littleneck clams. Broth with white beans & diced chorizo sausage

BRAISED MONKFISH OSSO BUCO WITH WILD MUSHROOMS AND CIPPOLLINIS

Monkfish is an Atlantic fish with a pearly white color, a very firm texture and a rich, sweet flavor – sometimes known as “poor man’s lobster.” It is complemented by an exquisite, European-inspired red wine sauce, flavored with exotic mushrooms & cipollini and accented with touches of fresh rosemary, thyme, tarragon & fennel. SLICED MEDALLIONS FILET MIGNON WITH GINGER-SCENTED TOMATO BROTH

A different twist to traditional barbecue! Our sliced, filet mignon is served medium-rare with a light, aromatic and ever-so-slightly-spicy, cardamom & ginger-scented tomato broth. It is also accompanied by and a delicious, warm Asian pear, mandarin orange, fennel & baby bok choy salad dressed with a lime and rice wine vinaigrette.
